Customized molds to order

We offer a full cycle of development of customized molds – from idea to finished product. The work starts with a careful study of the client’s tasks: we listen to the wishes, discuss details and functionality of the future product. On the basis of this we prepare a 3D model and technical drawing, which must be agreed with the customer. Then we create a master model that reflects the future shape as accurately as possible. After its approval we start manufacturing the final fiberglass mold. The manufactured mold undergoes a final quality check and is then handed over to the customer. We guarantee that the finished mold will fully comply with the agreed design and is ready for multiple use in production.
