Order formation

• You can place an order by placing an order on our website through the shopping cart. Also, for ordering you can write us in one of messengers (mail, Viber, WhatsApp, Telegram).
• After receiving a request from the customer, we will calculate the cost of the order (if it is an individual order), calculate the cost of delivery, agree on the terms of manufacture of the product and payment terms. If necessary, we coordinate all drawings before signing the delivery contract.
• We sign the sales contract on pre-agreed terms and conditions.

Delivery
Delivery is carried out according to the rules of Incoterms 2024 agreed in advance with the customer when placing the order.

Terms
Delivery time may vary depending on the volume of the order. It is negotiated individually at the stage of forming the order and signing the contract.
