Working with garden architecture molds is a process that is easy to master.

  • Preparation: Before pouring concrete, the mold must be prepared. This includes cleaning the surface of any contaminants and applying lubricant to make it easier to remove the finished product.
  • Concrete Pouring: Once the mold is prepared, you can start pouring the concrete mix. You can use regular concrete using a vibrating table or self-compacting concrete, depending on your preference and requirements.
  • Curing the concrete: After pouring the concrete mix, you need to give it time to cure. The time may vary depending on the type of concrete used and the surrounding conditions.
  • Disassembling the mold: Once the concrete has fully cured, you can start disassembling the mold. This must be done carefully to avoid damage to both the mold and the finished product.
  • Repeat cycle: Once the finished product has been removed from the mold, the process can be repeated.
