We provide services for the production of high quality molds for the manufacture of concrete products by vibro casting.

The main stages of designing and developing a new uniform:

Gathering information about the model

At this stage, we collect all the necessary information about the future product. We collect sketches, drawings, photo examples, specify the dimensions and any other nuances.

We design several angles in the graphic isometric space. We send it to the customer for approval.

Depending on the complexity, weight, and other parameters of the product, a decision is made on what the mold will be:

  •  Fiberglass or fiberglass + polyurethane;
  • Number of prefabricated parts;
  • Number and location of stiffeners (so that the mold does not
    to prevent deformation of the mold);
  • If the products have a larger mass, swivel rails are welded to the mold;
  • Support legs with welded feet;
  • Locking bolts.

Creating a master model

Depending on the number of dies required, a plaster, wooden or fiberglass model is created for further molding.

Production of the matrix itself

At this stage, all the customer’s wishes are taken into account, the dimensions, dimensions and any other technical aspects are agreed upon.

WHY FIBERGLASS WITH POLYURETHANE?

High-strength

The low density of this material does not mean that it will have lower strength compared to metals. This indicator greatly affects the weight of the product, but fiberglass molds are as strong as metal molds by their structure.

Corrosion resistant

This material is not afraid of water and oxygen, so it does not rust and is resistant to corrosion. Any chemical reagents on the surface leave practically no noticeable traces or consequences of their impact.

Several times lighter than metal

Fiberglass is several times lighter than steel, about 5 times lighter, or aluminum 2 times lighter.

Choice and variety

Fiberglass allows you to realize non-standard product models. Our company creates a variety of models for the manufacture of small architectural forms made of concrete, such as: flowerpots of any size, sculptures, park architecture, fountains, etc.

Plastic in manufacturing and repair

Other types of molds can become unusable under mechanical stress and can rarely be restored. Fiberglass molds, on the other hand, can be restored from almost any condition. By applying glass mat and special epoxy resins to the surface of the product in layers to restore it to its original condition.

  • First, remove the bolts from the hollowing tool. Use a wedge and a rubber mallet to hit the grooves between the mold parts.
  • Remove the cavity former.
  • Remove the bolts from the side walls. Disassemble the mold.
  • For further pouring of the product, remove the concrete debris and lubricate the mold.
  • The mould is ready for a new pour.
