What does the manufacturing process look like?

• Mold preparation. Before pouring concrete, it is necessary to check the condition of the mold, remove possible contaminants and apply a special coating to facilitate the removal of the finished product.
• Pouring the mold. Our molds can be used on a vibrating table or poured with self-compacting concrete.
• Curing and drying. After pouring it is necessary time for polymerization. During this time the mold is not disassembled.
• Disassembly of the mold. After the product has fully cured, the mold is disassembled and the product is removed from the mold.
• Processing and finishing. After removing the concrete product, it is subjected to the necessary processing – grinding, coloring and other processes that will help to give the product the desired appearance.
