Our customized manufacturing process involves several steps:

  2. Based on your sketch, specification or even just an idea, our engineers create accurate drawings and visualization in 3D. This allows us to coordinate all the details at an early stage: dimensions, angles, mold disassembly method, wall thickness and much more.
  3. Project coordination. We will definitely agree with you every step: check the dimensions, shape, design features. At this stage you can make adjustments, finalize technical nuances.
  4. Creation of the master model. After approval of the project we make a master model, on the basis of which we produce a fiberglass mold. This model is an exact copy of the future block.
  5. Production of the final mold. We produce the mold from high quality fiberglass with reinforcement in the places of highest load. If necessary, the mold can be equipped with guides, clamps and other elements for easy pouring.
