Working with concrete mold Faro S
Mold Preparation: Before pouring concrete, make sure the mold is clean and dry. It is recommended to use a special release agent for easier removal of the finished product.
Concrete Pouring: Prepare the concrete mix and pour it into the mold. Use a vibration table for even distribution or self-compacting concrete for more complex shapes.
Demolding: After the concrete has fully cured, remove the product from the mold. Smooth mold walls make this process easier, reducing processing time.
Cleaning and Maintenance: After each use, clean the mold from concrete residues to extend its service life and ensure high-quality future casts.
Mold delivery and operational support
We ship concrete molds throughout Europe and the United Kingdom in accordance with Incoterms regulations. Our clients can expect full after-sales support throughout the entire service life of the molds. Orders can be placed online through the shopping cart or directly via messengers (e-mail, Viber, WhatsApp, Telegram).

Delivery
Shipping Terms and Methods
We are committed to ensuring maximum convenience and reliability when transporting our products. The shipping method and costs are calculated individually for each mold and each order, based on its volume, weight, and dimensions.
1. Transportation Options
- Road Freight: This is the primary method for delivering our molds. We provide regular land transport services ONLY within Europe. Deliveries to other countries are subject to individual agreement.
- Sea Freight: Upon the customer’s request, shipping by sea can be arranged. Please note that this transport option is available only for Full Container Loads (FCL).
2. Large-Scale and Bulk Orders
For large batches and oversized molds, shipping conditions are tailored individually. Such orders are shipped exclusively on pallets.
3. Delivery of Small Molds and Samples
For shipping small molds (individual/piece orders) or test samples, we use the courier services of Nova Post or Meest Cargo. Delivery is provided on a “door-to-door” basis (directly to the customer’s address).
4. International Commercial Terms (Incoterms)
We operate in accordance with international Incoterms standards under two main delivery terms: FCA (Free Carrier) and DAP (Delivered at Place).
5. Payment and Order Terms
Order confirmation and launching production are carried out exclusively on a 100% advance payment (prepayment) basis, in accordance with a mutually agreed and signed contract.
